About Project

Andromeda features one 36-story luxury high rise building and a total of 216 units all within 1-2-83.6 rai of plot area. The main draw of this project is its location near the Cozy Beach and its unobstructed view. Types of units available from this project include Studio, 1 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom (ranging from 27-74 square meters in size).

Master Plan

• Ground Floor

Andromeda's ground floor features the lobby up front, divided into indoor and outdoor zones for its residences while some other facilities include the Meeting Room, Residence Study Room, and Game Room.

A render of the lobby shows a high-ceiling design that creates a spacious and airy atmosphere. The decoration is in a luxurious Modern Tropical style, which exudes relaxation and sophistication at the same time.

A render of the Study Room shows a private and quiet central area that can be reserved for those who need to concentrate. Outside the building is a car park accessible only from Kaset-Asin Road Soi 11. The project provides an underground parking space for residents, which accounts for 30% of the total car park space.

We then start to see units from the 2nd floor all the way up to the 23rd, all dedicated to residential units with some exceptions featuring additional green area for a more natural environment. Each floor features a total of only 8 units, with four 1 bedroom units with the addition of two studio units and two more 2 bedroom units.

• Fitness floor (24th floor)

Featuring the primary facility of this project, the gym (Fitness & Yoga), is the 24th floor.

• Swimming floor (25th floor)

And we see facilities again with the 25th floor, measuring 13 x 20 meters and 1.2 meters in depth.
