An upgrade from the Deluxe Studio, the Sweet Grand Deluxe Studio carries over its same 45 square meter size along with its capacity of 1-2 people.

Once you enter, the first thing you will find is the bathroom with shower followed by a closet on the opposite side as well as the kitchen area, the latter of which features an I-shaped counter right beside the other counter capable of holding two seats.

The bedroom, which is capable of housing a king-sized bed, also features a desk along with counters right by the bed on both sides. Finally, a balcony is also included.

First thing you will see upon entering is the kitchen to the left consisting of a short I-shaped counter followed by a living area with dining table capable of holding three seats along with an attached balcony. Moving onto the bedroom, which features sufficient space to house a king-sized bed, makeup table, a desk, as well as a closet. The bathroom, which shares identical layout as studio's, is located on the left.

Upon entering, the first thing you will see is the very spacious living area with dining table (capable of holding four seats) and a sofa. The respective bedrooms are located on either side of the unit.

Starting on the right is the master bedroom as well as the kitchen. The kitchen features an I-shaped counter on both sides while the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and built-in bathroom.

On the opposite side, we have the other bedroom which lacks a built-in bathroom unlike the former. The bedroom features a double bed with closet and finally a storage room on the outside.

Finally in the way of units is the 140-square meter sized 3-bedroom, the sweet deluxe variation, which is also identical in size to the 2-bedrooms and is capable of holding as much as up to 6 people.

First thing upon entry is the dining table with four seats available followed by the living area straight ahead, consisting of a sofa and working area behind, and a balcony connected to the living area (which also features a walkway leading you to the bathroom). To the left of the unit is the kitchen consisting of an I-shaped counter along with a door allowing you to access another balcony.

The three bedrooms are all located in between the living area. Starting off with the master bedroom, which features the king-sized bed to the left followed by a desk with long counter and a nice, comfy chair right by the window. The only difference between the master bedroom's built-in bathroom as compared to the other bathroom is the built-in bathroom features a bathtub.

As for the other two bedrooms, one features two single beds and a small built-in room within while the other features one single bed.
