Edge Sukhumvit 23 Review: Asok’s answer to new-gens
Location
Edge Sukhumvit 23, as the name suggests, is located within Sukhumvit specifically located within Soi 23, requiring little to no effort to locate within seconds of heading into the soi. Being located within the Asok area, Edge Sukhumvit 23 is full of amenities and soi 23 is quite an abundant alley. Surrounded by familiar sights like the Interchange 21 building along with various attractions and restaurants, there is no better fit for new generations than Edge Sukhumvit 23.
Travelling by public transport is equally as convenient since Edge Sukhumvit 23 is between BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations as well as the Sukhumvit and Asok Montri roads.
Travelling to Edge Sukhumvit 23
By Car:
If you are using a car, you have the option to drive along the main Sukhumvit road, keep driving straight as usual until you take a turn into Sukhumvit 23 and there you go! Moreover, the Sukhumvit can also be reachable through the Asok Montri and Ratchadapisek roads, along with the Chalerm Mahanakhon expressway.
By Public Transportation:
- MRT: 350m away from the MRT Sukhumvit station
- BTS: Approximately 400m from BTS Asok station
- Taxis and Motorcycles: There will always be taxis and motorcycles passing by constantly. For convenience and efficiency, you may also use app services such as LINE Man or Grab as an alternative.

Project Details
Edge Sukhumvit 23 is a condo project from a familiar name in the real estate industry like Sansiri, with a Y&R Generation (Young & Restless) concept in mind to satisfy the needs of future generations.
The project is comprised of two high-rise buildings, one standing at 35 stories tall with an addition of a 9-story building full of parking space, all within 2-2-17 rai. Thanks to its building-parking separation, up to 443 units are available.
Two types of units are available depending on preference, including:
- 1-Bedroom: Starts at 29.5 to 43 sqm
- 2-Bedroom: Starts at 60 to 69.5 sqm
Facilities
- Swimming Pool
Located on level 27F, the swimming pool uses a semi door attached to the glass balcony as well as using marble for the pool tiles. At the end of the pool is a jacuzzi area with seats, and the addition of six daybeds right by the edge of the pool is icing on a cake. Right by the jacuzzi area is a semi-circle-styled architecture piece decorated with plants for a naturalistic feel.
Connected to the pool is a leisure area and the gym, the latter of which is located on level 27M. As you can also see in the picture above, the pool has an additional roof over top.
- Gym
Speaking of gym and level 27M, the interior of the gym consists of three windows allowing for an undisturbed view of the swimming pool below or Asok as a whole and complete with every equipment you will ever want or need in a gym from cardio to weights to treadmills. As a shortcut, you can take the stairs from the swimming pool on level 27F up to the gym on level 27M instead of using the elevator.
- Sky Garden (parking building)
Located on the 9-story parking building, one might assume this is merely a simple garden. However, this sky garden may also be used as a partying area, a hangout area, or just for simple leisure purposes.
**Due to this area being restricted for tenants and residents only, we regret to inform you we are unable to provide a picture example.
- Sky Garden (main 35-story building)
Not only is there a rooftop garden on the 9-story parking building, but also the main 35-story building. In this rooftop garden, tenants and residents can enjoy peaceful leisure time out in open air. Next to the rooftop garden is a room separated by windows, a library allowing for working or just personal leisure time in a more closed space.
- Library/Co-working space
Also on the 35th floor just next to the sky garden is the aforementioned library/co-working space. Being located all the way up at the rooftop, work and private time is sure to be delightful thanks to an undisturbed view of the sky garden and the city in the background.
Edge Sukhumvit 23 also has a multitude of other facilities available, only we weren't able to gather up pictures for this review, unfortunately.

As mentioned above, Edge Sukhumvit 23 has a dedicated 9-story parking building, allowing for tremendous amounts of parking space availability for up to 48% of the building, which roughly translates to 212 cars.

Highlights
- With Asok being 40% modern generation-populated, the specific modern design motif Edge Sukhumvit 23 is going for is guaranteed to please its tenants and residents.
- Being located within a CBD like Asok, tenants and residents will have a wide array of amenities and surroundings to visit from shopping centers to restaurants, or even hospitals and office buildings.
- Thanks to being located between BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations (and only 400m away), non-car users are sure to be satisfied with this extreme travel convenience.

Parking Building
- Ground Floor
Tenants and residents can head straight into the first floor of the parking building, which does not have lanes to accommodate for double-parking, which also means tenants and residents are able to drive smoothly within the parking area. Next to the parking spaces are two elevators allowing you to access the other parking floors as well.
- Levels 2-9
Levels 2-9 share the same parking floor plan, each with approximately 22 parking spaces.
- Rooftop
On the rooftop level, as stated before, is a sky garden which can be used for leisure or party/hangout purposes.
The main building
- Level 2
Level 2 is completely comprised of units, 14 units to be specific, with two types to choose from.
- Level 11
Level 11, on the other hand, comprises of 15 units, additions being more units in the usually vacant area of the floor, and this exact floor plan is also carried over all the way through from level 11 to 24.
- Level 25
Coming in at 13 units, two units less than the previous levels 11-24, is level 25, with the removed units being towards the right corner.
- Level 26
Not much in level 26 is different compared to the previous level 25. New additions to this level, however, are the addition of facilities.
- Level 27
Speaking of facilities, level 27 is where they are most prominently included, such as the swimming pool, pool lounge, jacuzzi, sun deck, and the sauna. As for units, level 27 only consists of six to make up for the tremendous amounts of facility inclusions here.
- Level 27M
Essentially an extension from the previous level, level 27M only consists of the gym and is connected to the previous level only by a set of stairs.
- Level 28
With this specific floor plan carrying over all the way from levels 28 to 34, these levels consist of 10 units and each unit allows tenants and residents to get a good view of the swimming pool below.
- Level 35
Akin to the previous levels 28-34, level 35 also consists of 10 units, to which there are two types to choose from.

Type 1A : 29.50 sq.m. – 30.50 sq.m.
1-Bedrooms in Edge Sukhumvit start off at 29.5 sqm in size. The kitchen, complete with countertops and a refrigerator along with storage cabinets, will be the first thing you'll see upon entering through the entrance door on the left. Following the kitchen and its relevant furniture are the dining table with two seats as well as a fully furnished living area, and finally a little balcony.
The bedroom is comprised of not only a king-sized bed, but also a closet and a TV console stand, and right next to the bedroom is a wet & dry zone-separated bathroom.

2-Bedrooms
Floor Plan
Type 2A : 60.00 sq.m.
As an example, here we have the very spacious 60 sqm Type 2A 2-Bedroom. The first area of this room upon entry is the kitchen, consisting of a countertop that extends all the way to the wall. Opposite of that is the living area along with a dining table with four seats along with a balcony outside.
The first thing you will see in the little hallway in this unit is the bathroom, which is towards the left, and also includes a showering area. Opposite of the bathroom is the smaller bedroom with a single bed as well as a closet.
No spacious unit is complete without a master bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed along with a desk and a master bathroom on the opposite, the latter of which is identical in size to the aforementioned basic bathroom.
