Where can I check my parcel?
You may check your parcel at the lobby of your building, or the delivery drop-off area provided by the building. You should also check with the courier company to get an update on your delivery status

How can I settle utility bills?
This depends on the agreement you signed on the lease. You may settle the bills directly to the utility company on the mobile application, any counter service, ATM, or at the bank.
Does my rental unit include utility?
Normally a rental unit does not include a utility fee however, it depends on the agreement you had with your landlord or the building.
