Once Pattaya is located within North Pattaya area, specifically at the edge of Pattaya sai 3 road, and is considered the absolute honeypot for amenities in Chon Buri province. Not only are there basic amenities such as restaurants and stores, but there are also other tourist attractions, golf courses, and many others you will see shortly when we discuss the surrounding amenities in detail.
And if that wasn't enough, this project is located within the proximity of North Pattaya beach, to which you could drive or cycle your way to the project with no problem whatsoever. On the other hand, if you would like to access other areas, this project is also located nearby the Sukhumvit road, to which you will be able to access the motorway.

By Car
There are various routes that you can take to reach this project, one of which is via the North Pattaya road. Alternatively, if you opt to travel through Sukhumvit road, simply continue on the straight path. Once you're inside, keep a lookout for Soi Pattaya 3, which is situated on the left side of the road. Speaking of Once More Bar, you will come across the Once Working Space as you walk pass the lobby, which features a variety of desks for working. These desks are mainly suitable for group work, but there are also long counters available for those who prefer to work alone.

- Infinity Edge Swimming Pool
The Infinity Edge Swimming Pool spans across the entire building, offering stunning views from the 31st floor and is divided into two sections: the kids' pool and the Jacuzzi.

Moving onto the 32nd floor is the Sky Gym, located next to a small lush garden. The interior of the room is not very large, but beautifully decorated with full-length glass on all three sides, providing clear sea views. The exercise equipment is located along the glass wall.
- Cloun Sunken
Cloun Sunken is a leisure area adjacent to the Vanila Sky Bar, featuring a glass floor that allows you to see the swimming pool on the 31st floor.
Parking Capacity
There are available parking spaces through the second to fifth floors of the building, with a maximum parking capacity of approximately 112 cars.

On floors 20 to 25, there is an additional room type available, which is a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit. This adds 4 units to the total, leaving only 6 units of the 1-bedroom type.
- 26th-29th floor
The units on floors 26 to 29 will consist of 11 units, each with a mix of different types. Starting from studio units to two-bedroom units.

On the 30th floor, it will be the last residential floor of this project. The upper part will be the units that demand supreme privacy, such as the 3-bedroom Penthouse units, but there will also be other types of units available, including 1-bedroom or larger.

Starting things off with the studio unit, ranging from 28-28.6 square meters in size.
The first thing you will see upon entry is the enclosed kitchen area, featuring an I-shaped kitchen counter with other appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, which is divided into an inner and outer zone. Once you pass through the partition door, you will find the bedroom, featuring a bed and wardrobe as well as a small sofa right beside the window.
1 Bedroom
Unit Plan- 34 square meters
Next up is the 1 Bedroom unit, ranging from 34-34.8 sqm in size.
Upon entering from the left, the first thing you will see is the kitchen featuring a counter to the left and the dining table to the right. It's worth noting that the kitchen area is considerably large to compensate for the lack of a door between the kitchen and the living area, the latter of which is also enlarged considerably.
Behind the living area we have the bedroom, in which you can also install a slide door in between for increased privacy, featuring a large bed (not quite king-sized, however) with a sofa by the window to the right of the bed. On the other hand, a walk-in closet is located to the left of the bed and leads you into the bathroom.
Super one bedroom
Unit Plan- 34 square meters
Here we have the Super One Bedroom, ranging from 56.4-57.2 sqm.
Once you enter the unit you will first find the kitchen, now featuring a U-shaped counter to the left which can be used as both a cooking AND dining space. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. Continue heading straight and then you will find the living area featuring a dining table with four seats and a balcony.
The bedroom features a large bed in the center as well as a sofa right by the windows and to the left of the unit is the bathroom and dress-up area, the former of which features a bathtub.
2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom
Unit Plan- 51.8 square meters
Moving onto the 2 Bedroom unit, this unit specifically features 2 bedrooms AND one bathroom, measuring 51.8 square meters in size.
As soon as you enter this unit, you will first encounter a hallway. Inside, you will find the kitchen counter on the left-hand side of the hallway. A little further inside, there is a dining table with 4 seats and a small storage room adjacent to the guest reception room. The living area of this unit is spacious as it does not have to share space with a balcony. On the opposite side of the guest reception room, there is a bathroom on the upper floor.
The bedrooms are divided into 2 rooms of almost the same size, starting with the lower or smaller bedroom. Upon entering, you will find a wardrobe and a bed. This room is special in that it has a balcony. As for the upper bedroom or master bedroom, it lacks a balcony but makes up for it with a seat by the window instead.
2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom
Unit Plan- 51.8 square meters
Once again with the 2 bedroom unit, this time featuring not only 2 bedrooms but also 2 BATHROOMS, measuring 51.8 square meters in size once again.
From the floor plan, it can be seen that this type of room has a living area in the middle, surrounded by two bedrooms. Let's start with the living area. When we enter the unit, we will encounter the pantry area on the left, which will have a kitchen counter and a 4-seat dining table. In addition, there is a bathroom located on the right side of the unit. As we move further inside, we will encounter the guest room attached to a long balcony.
As for the bedrooms, we will start with the small bedroom on the lower left side. When we enter inside, we will see a bed and a wardrobe. On the right side of the unit is a long balcony that extends from the guest room. Turning back to the master bedroom, there is no balcony, but there is a seating area by the window. On the left side of the unit is a walk-in closet that leads to the bathroom inside.
Penthouse
Unit Plan- 119 square meters
Finally, here we have the project's ultra luxury penthouse unit, measuring from 119 to 201 square meters and only one unit available.
This room is divided into a large Living Area in the center, which includes a fully equipped open kitchen and counter. Next up, there is a guest room with a dining table that seats 6 and a balcony with seating for about 2 people. The remaining rooms lead off to other bedrooms.
Starting with the bedroom upstairs, the Master Bedroom. Inside, on the right-hand side, there is a dressing area with everything you need, accessible from both the side and the bedroom itself. On the left-hand side of the unit, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
