About Q House Sathorn

Hailing from popular property developer "Q House", Q House Sathorn is a 35-story high-rise condo with the idea "travel made easy" in mind thanks to being located nearby BTS Krung Thon Buri. The pool is also separated into a kids' pool, adult pool, and jacuzzi, the former of which is a 40cm L-shaped pool, and the latter of which is 60cm in depth. The pool is also wooden sheltered separated from the adult pool area.

• Garden and Playground

Both located on level 6, the lawn is located nearby the swimming pool and the playground has a flexible foam mat for safety.

• Sky Garden

On the rooftop is the sky garden with a curved jogging track as well as high bushes towards the left and right for added privacy, followed by two benches encased in shelters.

• Library

Bookworms and people working from home will be satisfied with using this library to read, work or study. This library is open from 7 am to 10pm and includes a built-in bathroom.

• Gym/Fitness

Also located on the same level as the swimming pool and other facilities, and specifically located at one edge of the swimming pool, the gym has large windows allowing for a completely unobstructed view of the pool nearby as well as all the equipment you would need for your fitness routine.

Parking

Levels 1-5 at Q House Sathorn, in addition to some available parking spaces throughout the building, have dedicated parking spaces. The maximum parking occupancy is 98%, which is roughly 425 cars.

1-Bedroom

Type 48 sqm.

Next up is the 1-Bedroom unit, ranging anywhere between 32 to 50 sqm in size. Right from the entrance is the dining table to the right and to the left is the kitchen, which not only includes a counter and various utensils, but also includes a small balcony for ventilation. Outside the kitchen is the living area, and the wet/dry zone-separated bathroom is located opposite of the kitchen. Finally, we have the bedroom which does not have a built-in bathroom but makes up for it with an included bed and built-in closet.

2-Bedroom

Type 71.83 sqm.

And finally, here we have the 71.83 sqm 2-Bedroom unit. First thing you will see upon entering is the dining table with four seats, as seen in this image. To the left of the dining table is an individual bathroom right next to the kitchen, the latter of which utilizes a slide door along with a counter and complete array of utensils and appliances as well as a balcony. Outside the kitchen is the living area, and then behind that is the smaller bedroom. The smaller bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with closet and a TV console. Meanwhile, the master bedroom includes not only a king-sized bed and closet, but also a built-in bathroom.
