As you can see right away from this floor plan of the ground floor all the way at the bottom, this project is located directly by the Sukhumvit road. Right in front of the building is the drop-off area with a small garden to the opposite of that. You will also be able to turn around and access the parking area nearby.

Rooftop Floor

Skipping all the way up to the rooftop floor, this is where all the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool are located. Upon ascending through the stairs, you will find the Infinity Edge Swimming Pool as well as the sunbathing area and a small garden to the right of the stairs. On the other hand, the left of this floor features the gym and co-working space followed by the nearby sauna and finally the larger garden with sunbathing and barbecue areas.

Each studio unit boasts a spacious 28 square meters of living space, with a kitchen situated to the right of the entry door, complete with a countertop and fridge located opposite the kitchen counter. The bedroom area is conveniently separated from any cooking odors thanks to a sliding door located adjacent to the living area. A sizable closet is located opposite the bathroom, which features clear separation between wet and dry areas. The bedroom itself offers ample space for a king-sized bed, armchair, and even has an attached balcony for added relaxation.

1 Bedroom

Unit Plan- Type 1A (45 sqm.)

If you're in the market for a one-bedroom apartment, then you might want to consider units 1A and 1B in our building. Measuring up to 45 square meters, these units are located on the South or East side of the building, which means they're shielded from excessive sunlight and humidity.
