The Monument Thong Lo is a luxurious condominium project from renowned developer Sansiri, who you may recognize from various well-known projects. This project offers various styles and prices to suit different lifestyles.
The design of this project takes after mountains and nature. This can be seen its unique interweaving patterns throughout. Also, the project pays attention to every minute detail of the design. Each part of the building has different concepts to match various lifestyles.
As for the facilities, the spaciousness creates a welcoming atmosphere, akin to a living room, with the second floor space serving as an extension of the area.
The residential units start with two-bedroom layouts, with each space designed to accommodate various functions and activities of daily life. There are two types of rooms to choose from: one with a balcony connected to the living room and one with a kitchen featuring a central counter.

The larger master bedroom also includes a bathtub within its attached bathroom.

Next up we have the 3-Bedroom unit, coming in at a whopping 252.25 square meters.
Upon entering the unit, you will notice its large amounts of space. The private entrance will have two paths. The first of which will be the entrance to the maid's quarters. Inside, you'll find the maid's room on the left and the utility room in front. Once you exit this area, you'll come across the kitchen area.
As for the main entrance, stepping out of the elevator, you'll immediately encounter the Foyer and the balcony area. This balcony area will serve as a leisure corner, accessible from multiple directions. Turning right, you'll enter the large Living Area. This area is so spacious that you can also use it as a dining area.
All three bedrooms share the same area. Starting with the two smaller bedrooms, both will have attached bathrooms, albeit different sizes. The Master Bedroom is the largest, and its bathroom has a bathtub.
