ECO Resort Bang Saray is a condominium located in a quiet alley in Sattahip District, known for its beautiful sandy beach and abundant nature. It is easily accessible and convenient, as it is not far from Pattaya city center. For those looking for a condo that is not too far from the beach, we highly recommend this place as it is only 1 km away from Bang Sare beach.

Although amenities surrounding the project may be slightly difficult to find, it is definitely within reach, as the project is located near the main road leading to Bang Sare. The surrounding area is filled with various amenities such as restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, and markets.

Accessibility

By Car

Traveling to ECO Resort Bang Saray by car is very convenient, as the project is not located close to public transportation. Therefore, we recommend taking Sukhumvit Road and turning into Bang Sare Alley. Then, simply follow the road to Talandiao Alley, where the project is located adjacent to the road.

By Public Transportation

  • Taxis/Motorcycles: We recommend requesting for driver pick-up via apps such as Line Man or Grab for increased convenience.

About Project

ECO Resort Bang Saray is a low-rise condominium project designed in a resort style by Sisaran Group, aimed at providing a living standard equivalent to that of a hotel. Moreover, the project is created exclusively for investors and has been developed as a Condotel (which is a type of condominium that is licensed to operate like a hotel). There are two types of contracts available, including the general condominium sales contract and a rental and management agreement for a 30-year lease.

In an effort to enhance the project's premium quality, the design of various room functions and common areas has been created to meet Hotel Standards, along with numerous amenities such as a large dining room, shuttle service to the beach and town, room service, and more.

Its location in the Bang Saray area is because it features a beautiful view of the beache, but without the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. It's suitable for those who prioritize a lifestyle of relaxation and leisure, but still want access to modern amenities. The target customers for this project primarily consists of retirees, both Thai and foreign.

The building design emphasizes energy conservation from the project's initial concept to the construction of each unit, taking into consideration environmental concerns as a top priority. Health enthusiasts' dreams will come true with the Health Restaurant, located behind the lobby of the first building. In addition to the restaurant portion, a bar is also offered all within a naturalistic design that is perfect for leisure and relaxation.

The underground floor is home to the project's various facilities, accessible through the staircase on the right corner. Upon descending, the first of the facilities you will encounter is the VR Game Room, followed by the children's playroom. At the cliff zone, it will be suitable for children and teenagers.

Once you turn left, you will find the fitness with a changing room nearby. And saving the best for last, we have the onsen!

  • Ground Floor

Moving onto the ground floor, where you will find the Lagoon Swimming Pool situated between the two buildings. Both buildings feature their own variety of facilities, with a lobby and juristic office on the left building while the right building features a lobby AND the restaurant and co-working space.

This floor also features pool-access residential units, as does the other building.

  • Rooftop

Jumping all the way to the rooftop floor, in which this floor on both buildings is dedicated solely to the garden (which are also comprised of rooftop bars and fitness.

Types of Units

Studio

Unit Plan: 25-27 sqm.

Starting off with the Studio units, measuring 25-27 square meters.

Upon entering the unit, the first thing you will find are the bathroom and closet. Once you continue heading straight, you will find the bedroom featuring only a bed while lacking a sofa. However, this unit makes up for the smaller size and the lack of sofa in the bedroom with its inclusion of a bathtub uniquely located by the balcony like no other.

1 Bedroom

Unit Plan: 33-35 sqm.

Ranging from 33 all the way to 43.87 square meters is the 1 Bedroom unit, with our specific example here measuging 33-35 square meters.

Upon entry is the pantry area, featuring an open kitchen counter and a dining table with six seats. As you continue heading straight, you will then find the living area with furniture by the balcony. The bedroom features a king-sized bed while the 2-access bathroom features an addition of a bathtub.

2 Bedroom

Unit Plan: 43.35 sqm.

Finally, we have the 2-bedroom units, ranging from 43.35-56.15 square meters, with our specific example here measuring 43.35 square meters.

When entering the unit, you'll find a small Pantry Area with a small counter and a 4-seater dining table. Beyond that is the Living Area with all the furniture and a balcony with a work table. The unit has 2 Access bathrooms located in the middle of the two bedrooms, and the larger bedroom has a door leading to the bathroom with a bathtub.

The two bedrooms are located between the bathrooms, with a smaller bedroom on the lower level and a Master Bedroom on the upper level. The highlight is that the larger bedroom has a door leading to the bathroom, which is also larger in size.
