One9Five Asoke – Rama 9 is developed by TC Development, a name that may not quite ring a bell to some. Nevertheless, the company is wholeheartedly dedicated to shaping the project, building on its experience with previous endeavors like TC Green Rama 9.

This development adopts a contemporary design concept, a departure from conventional residential styles. The construction is executed with meticulous detail, emphasizing the use of premium materials and offering comprehensive facilities for an authentic relaxation experience.

Moreover, the developer is committed to integrating green spaces within the project, meeting the demand for nature in urban lifestyles. With an expansive 8.6-rai area, it creates a forest-like atmosphere, featuring a designated space for a kitchen garden at the center, aligned with a rainwater harvesting system.

This project features two 61-storey high-rise buildings within an 11-rai plot area. There are a total of 954 residential units in building A, 957 units in building B, all of which makes a total of 1911 residential units overall. There are also two additional units dedicated to stores and an average of 18 units on each floor.

Within the Master Plan area, it constitutes the lower section of the interconnected buildings. Clearly visible is the ground floor, which is dedicated to a variety of retail spaces, offering residents exceptional convenience. Garden-type amenities, on the other hand, will be situated at the rear.

  • 2nd-3rd floor

The central area on the second and third floors will serve as parking spaces, with lots of parking spaces available. On the sides, residential units will be situated on both sides.

  • 7th-8th floor

The seventh floor lacks a central parking area, but makes up for it with more residential units on both sides. The eighth floor is nearly dedicated solely to amenities, including a large swimming pool, expansive garden areas, offices, and more.

  • 9th-29th floor

The 9th floor all the way to the 29th floor are all dedicated to residential units, with 18 units on each floor on average.

  • 30th-31st floor

Due to changes made to the top of the building, the 30th and 31st floors now feature only 14 units total.

  • 56th-58th floor

The 56th to 58th floor feature larger 2-bedroom units, with a total of 10 units.

  • 59th floor

The 59th floor, while featuring only 6 units total, makes up for it with these units being 3-bedroom units.

  • 60th Floor

And we see 6 total units available once again with the 60th floor.

  • 61st floor

And finally, the 61st floor features four penthouse units available in total.

In the Living Area, there's ample space for furniture, and towards the back, sliding glass doors lead to a large bed and a Walk-in Closet, seamlessly connected to the bathroom.

Up next we have the 55-square meter 2-bedroom unit.

Upon entering the bedroom, you'll discover the Pantry Area equipped with a kitchen counter and a four-seater dining table. Moving further in, you'll find the Living Area, serving as a wide reception space connected to the balcony. Turning inward, the Shared Bathroom is located on the left, and the small bedroom is situated on the opposite side.

The master bedroom is a spacious area with an ensuite bathroom, offering ample room for a large bed and a generous bathroom.

And last but not least, we have the 94-square meter 3-bedroom unit.

Upon entering the unit, you'll be greeted by the Foyer leading you directly to the reception area. In this space, there's a dining area with a six-seater dining table. Opposite the dining area is a closed kitchen. The three bedrooms are distributed throughout different sections of the unit. The two smaller bedrooms share a common bathroom located outside.
