Sathon Heritage Residence, developed by V.C.L. Business Group in 2008, is a pioneering luxury condominium in the expansive Sathorn neighborhood. The property boasts ample land space, resulting in generous unit sizes.

The project features one 38-story high-rise building (with 180 units in total) and an additional parking building behind, all within 6-2-91 rai worth of space. The following are the five types of units available to choose from:

Not much is different between the 27th-35th floor in the way of floor layout and positioning of the units except for a change in types of units. This time around, the 27th-35th floor now swaps out the studio and 2-bedroom units to the right in favor of 3-bedrooms.

When it comes to the first type of unit available at Sathon Heritage Residence, we have the Studio unit. To our surprise, this unit offers a spacious 40 square meter layout with an interior design that rivals even the larger units.

Upon entering the unit, you'll find a convenient shoe storage area to your right and the bathroom located to the left. As you head straight, you'll come across the pantry area complete with a dining table. Moving forward, you'll enter the bedroom, which features a luxurious king-sized bed and a TV console. Finally, the condensing unit is located at the far end of the unit.

1 Bedroom

Unit Plan (Type A: 64 sqm.)

Welcome to the 64 square meter 1-bedroom unit that is just as spacious as many 2-bedroom condos! As you enter, you will find the detached bathroom with a bathtub on your right and the kitchen with its I-shaped counter and a dining table that seats four on your left.

The living area is truly a highlight of this unit, offering a TV console, a comfortable sofa, a table, and a cushioned chair, all surrounded by an attached balcony that provides plenty of natural light.

The bedroom is designed for comfort and functionality, with enough room for a king-sized bed and a desk. Adjacent to the closet, you'll find the entrance to the bathroom.

2 Bedrooms

Unit Plan (Type B: 121 sqm.)

The 2-bedroom unit is a true gem, measuring 121 square meters and easily comparable to a luxurious penthouse. As you step inside, you'll find the storage room on your left and the pantry area on your right, complete with an L-shaped counter, additional storage, and a dining table for four. The living area is located behind the pantry and features an attached balcony that provides plenty of natural light.

Walking straight ahead, you'll come across the first detached bathroom on your left, followed by the smaller bedroom on the opposite side. This cozy space features a twin bed and a desk, perfect for guests or as a home office.

But the true standout of this unit is the larger master bedroom, which boasts a built-in bathroom with a bathtub, a king-sized bed, and a spacious desk right by the window.

3 Bedrooms + 1 Study room

Unit Plan (Type D: 179 sqm.)

This 3-bedroom unit boasts an impressive 179.05-188.5 square meters of space, perfect for families or groups of friends. As soon as you enter, you'll find the pantry area to your left, complete with a U-shaped counter and a 6-seater dining table. To the right is a storage area with a cabinet, and the kitchen leads directly to the cozy living area, which opens up to a beautiful attached balcony.

The three bedrooms are located on the left side of the unit, including a smaller twin bedded room with a shared bathroom. In between the smaller bedrooms and the spacious master suite is a versatile study room, ready to be transformed into any type of space you need.
