From the layout, you can see that the project area is actually very spacious because there are up to 29 villas inside. They are divided into the front zone, where the construction is completed, and the back area, which is still an empty space. At the front of the project, when you enter, you will find the Shuttle Bus stop. Going inside, on the left side, there is another building designed to provide convenient amenities.

Basement
The Basement Floor provides ample living space, reminiscent of a high-end seaside villa. The front section is dedicated to parking, while the Living Area is located next to the private swimming pool. Located by the walkway is the pool deck, which can be used for both sunbathing and lounging.
