About Project

Each villa is designed like a hotel suite, with small pools, bedrooms, kitchens, and living rooms all within one unit. The project covers an area of over 10-0-5.70 rai, with a total of approximately 29 units, out of which 12 units have already been booked, and 5 units are reserved. The project provides complete amenities, including parking lots, a cafe, a restaurant, and a fitness center.

There are two types of units available:

From the layout, you can see that the project area is actually very spacious because there are up to 29 villas inside. They are divided into the front zone, where the construction is completed, and the back area, which is still an empty space. At the front of the project, when you enter, you will find the Shuttle Bus stop. Going inside, on the left side, there is another building designed to provide convenient amenities.

Type B (approx 279.20 sqm.)

Basement

The Basement Floor provides ample living space, reminiscent of a high-end seaside villa. The front section is dedicated to parking, while the Living Area is located next to the private swimming pool. Sun loungers are placed adjacent to the pool area, while further inside, you will discover the two comfortable and spacious bedrooms.

Parking Lot

The front of the project is a private parking area that can accommodate one car. The exterior is not heavily decorated, but it emphasizes creating an open and spacious area.

Living Room

Upon entering the unit, the first space you'll come across is the living room, which boasts a modern aesthetic with a clean and luxurious feel, as evident from the high ceiling and decor. Moreover, this area also offers seamless access to the adjacent swimming pool.

Dinning Area

Swimming Pool

As we move forward, we come across the stunning infinity pool, situated between the master bedroom and living room. With no glass barriers as it is within the unit, the pool offers a seamless view of the ocean. The far end of the pool opens up to the gorgeous La Yan Beach, providing a breathtaking vista that will leave you mesmerized throughout the day.

Pool Deck

Located by the walkway is the pool deck, which can be used for both sunbathing and lounging.

Master Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is situated adjacent to the swimming pool. The Master Bedroom 2 boasts breathtaking views of the pool, which can be enjoyed all day long. The Type C unit's basement area is smaller than that of Type B due to having only 2 bedrooms. However, the layout of the Type C unit is similar to that of the Type B unit.

Not much here in Type C's parking lot is different compared to that of Type B's with the exception of smaller space.

Swimming Pool

Next to the living room, you will find the swimming pool area which shares a similar design to the Type B unit. The pool is centrally located between the bedrooms and living room, and the Pool Deck area can be found inside.

Pool Deck

The Pool Deck area can also serve as a sunbathing area just like in Type B unit. In addition, the pool faces a natural view.

Dining, Living Area

This space serves as a joint dining and living area, with the added convenience of the living room being located next to the swimming pool. You can easily take a dip in the pool from here. The adjacent kitchen area boasts a modern-style kitchen counter and a 6-seater dining table.

Roof Plan

Type C unit does not feature an upper level as it only accommodates two bedrooms on the lower level.
