First Networking Event by Thai Condo Association

The Thai Condominium Association has organized its first event for real estate businesses, introducing a training course for executives to broaden their knowledge and relationships in the industry. 

Objectives: The goal of this event series is to develop the real estate industry and economy of Thailand to grow equal to those of neighboring countries. The event will be held every Thursday from 10th March to 26th May 2022.

Real Estate Development for the New Era Beyond Covid-19

EEC-TERRA Academy has introduced a course for those interested in real estate, wanting to be able to understand and plan strategies in marketing, finance, engineering, and design in the post-Covid-19 era.

The course will also include the ‘’Design Thinking Workshop‘’ specifically designed for 3 days, starting from 24th - 26th March 2022.

Architect Expo returns! 

For all design lovers, the wait for the Architect Expo is finally over. “Architects’ 65: Architect Expo 2022” is the theme of the 35th edition of the exhibition, featuring architectural technology and construction products.

The show will be organized under strict Covid-19 regulations after a two-year hiatus in the midst of the pandemic.

Opening Date for Lifestyle Mall @EKKAMAI announced

The lifestyle mall in Ekkamai Soi 9 @EKKAMAI is progressing towards completion with about 80% finished. Mr. Jirapat, Managing Director of Siam Arun Group is confident that the project will be able to open in full service as scheduled on March 27th this year. 

What’s the catch: The mall will accommodate residents and commuters on the Ekkamai line, including foreign business people and families who have started returning to Thailand after the closure of borders.
