First Real Estate Auction by The Royal Property Bureau 

The Royal Property Bureau has announced an open auction of leasehold real estate consisting of a total of 19 properties in Bangkok and Nakhon Pathom province.

PEACE - New Real Estate Stock In Trading Market

Peace and Living Plc. has listed the company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the real estate and construction sector by using the name PEACE.

It consisted of 336 million baht existing ordinary shares, and 84 million baht newly-issued ordinary shares that have been offered to the public (IPO) at a price of 3.98 baht per share.

Mr. Prasopsak Sirisophana, Chief Executive Officer of PEACE, revealed that the listing of the company's ordinary shares on the SET will strengthen its capital. This will allow the company to expand its real estate development
