By contacting the Company, using our website or services, or providing your personal data for purposes of communication, coordination, or service provision, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to the following individuals:

  • providing services, resolving technical issues, and offering assistance related to the company's services; which includes but is not limited to the following activities,
    • Providing access to property listings and search functionalities.
    • Facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, renters, or any other related persons (e.g. financial institutions, property agents)
    • Assisting with scheduling property viewings and negotiations
    • Resolving technical issues related to the use of the Company's service

2.2. Legitimate Interests

To perform tasks carried out in the public interest or exercise official authority vested in the Company, including compliance with state missions.

3.2 Sensitive personal data

The Company does not collect, use, or disclose your sensitive personal data unless express consent is provided by you and/or in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Examples of sensitive personal data are race, religious beliefs, background information (including financial and criminal records, where legally permissible), health data, disability, marital status, location, and biometric data, as applicable. In the event that you are required to furnish any documentation or information to the Company for any Purpose which may contain such sensitive Personal Data (which is not required that Purpose), you agree to redact such sensitive Personal Data before providing such documentation or information to the Company.

Generally, the Company will collect your personal data directly from you, but sometimes the Company may get it from other sources, in such cases the Company will ensure the compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Personal data the Company collects from other sources may include but not limited to:

  • Data obtained by us from our affiliates, business partners, and/or any other persons who the Company has legal relationship with;
  • Data obtained by us from persons related to you or have legal relation with you;

The Company shares your personal data to social media service providers or other third-party so they can display relevant messages to you and others on our behalf about our products and/or services. Third-party advertisers may also use data relating to your previous online activities to tailor adverts to you.

6. International transfer of personal data

According to the nature of the Company's business, the Company does not transfer your personal data abroad or transfer your personal data internationally. In the case that the Company is required to do so, the Company will always ensure that the Company has legal basis and exercise best effort to have your personal data transferred to Company's reliable business partners, service providers or other recipients by the safest method to maintain and protect the security of your personal data.

7. Retention Period for Personal Data

Personal data will be retained for the duration of your use of the Company's services, or while rights and obligations exist between you and the Company. Following the termination of your use of the Company's services, or the cessation of rights and obligations, the Company will retain your personal data for no longer than 10 (Ten) years, or as required by applicable laws, whichever is longer. Once the retention period expires or the Company no longer has a legal or business purpose for retaining your Personal Data, the Company will delete or anonymize your personal data in compliance with relevant legal standards.

9.4 Right to restrict

You have the right to request us to restrict the use of your personal data under certain circumstances (e.g. when the Company is pending examination process in accordance with your request to rectify your personal data or to object the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, or you request to restrict the use of personal data instead of the deletion or destruction of personal data which is no longer necessary as you have necessity to retain it for the purposes of establishment, compliance, exercise or defense of legal claims).

You have the right to receive your personal data in case the Company can arrange such personal data to be in the format which is readable or commonly used by means of automatic tools or equipment, and can be used or disclosed by automated means. Also, you have the right to request us to send or transfer your personal data to a third party, or to receive your personal data which the Company sent or transferred to a third party, unless it is impossible to do so because of the technical circumstances, or the Company is entitled to legally reject your request.

You have the right to withdraw your consent that has been given to us at any time pursuant to the methods and means prescribed by us, unless the nature of consent does not allow such withdrawal.
