The emphasis here is on creating a home that combines opulence with family-centric living. The exterior design draws inspiration from the iconic New York City brownstone architecture, infusing the building with a touch of western charm.

Step inside, and you'll find a meticulously designed clubhouse with a distinctive triangular roof, housing amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, workspaces, and relaxation areas.

The individual houses are designed akin to townhomes, offering a choice of two colors - soft beige and pure white. Sizes range from S, M, to L, and each comes with parking space for three or more vehicles, depending on the size.

This housing project is situated in a 29-1-49 rai plot area, featuring a total of 115 units and the starting size for each house is 350 square meters. The following are the three types of houses available:

Starting from the bottom with the first floor, the first thing you will notice is the maximum parking capacity for this house is three cars. Right beside the parking area is the house entrance.

Upon entering, you'll encounter a small foyer before reaching the expansive living area. This space seamlessly integrates a dining area to the side and a pantry area adjacent to it. It's well-suited for light meal preparation, as a Thai kitchen is provided for full meal cooking, complete with sliding doors for separation.

This floor lacks a bathroom but features a lavatory instead. The maid's room is accessible from the outside of the house.

  • 2nd Floor

On the second floor, you'll encounter the Inner Courtyard area on the outside, providing a spacious and airy ambiance to the residential building. The various rooms are divided on either side of the house.

Let's begin with the Family Room, a private lounge space for the household, offering a cozy and warm atmosphere. Although not overly spacious, it exudes comfort and even features a door leading to the outdoor garden. Adjacent to it are the small bedrooms, which, notably, do not have attached bathrooms and share a common one outside.

On the opposite side, you'll find the Master Bedroom, occupying about 40% of the building's space. Inside, it comprises the sleeping area, a generously sized dressing room, and a bathroom with separate toilet and bathing areas, as well as a bathtub.
